:eek: I think I maxed out at about 7 or 8 when I was new to facebook and I didn't want to offend people by not accepting requests... it was only when I actually added an app myself I realised that the default setting was to spam everyone in your friends list with a request :rolleyes:

Think I've got 3 or 4 now.
 
If you don't have groups and groups of annoying "friends" you don't get this problem, i only have people on there that i know IRL and I never get app invites
 
Does anyone know if theres a way you can invite the whole of facebook to join a group? Or can you only do it with people on your list?
Sorry to be annoying.
 
I'm not sure they'd want to you ask everyone on Facebook, that would create a lot of traffic... Only people on your list I'm afraid. Find some friends who know a different set of friends and get them to invite everyone they know, get a chain going.

the whole point is that they grow through popularity in minority groups. Imagine if you could do that? I would actually kill facebook

Holy thread revival by me.

Just realised my prolific application adder contact has added "Calgary Flames Fans"...

She lives in Hull.

Total applications now 231! Anybody know of a similar amount?
