I am making the statement that something so tragic has now been swept away with not a good enough explanation. Eg who is this guy. Why do we know so little about him... That's what I am getting on at.

Are you also denying hate crimes aren't faked... Using you logic of course?

Happens all the time. Release his facebook details. Heck, journalists trawl years and years of tweets. This guy was a mystery. He shot them because...

I posted easily a dozen such cases and could easily post plenty more. This is a tactic that has been used frequently and we only know of the exposed cases. For you to immediately retreat to an extreme in order to rubbish someone else's (legitimate and evidenced) point, shows your bias, not theirs.

See here's the difference between our positions. None of us critics have suggested anywhere that there are no racist attacks. But the moment someone suggests there may be fake ones you break out a tone of mocking disbelief and say "Maybe EVERY racist incident reported by black people has all just been faked....". One side here is arguing reasonably, the other creating strawmen every other post. You are acting like a pantomime dame - all you have is stage gasps and faux incredulity.

He should be made an example of. It's amazing how many of these type of crimes happen. I think someone as to be really mentally disturbed to do something like this. The fact this guy even involved other people too is crazy. He tried to manipulate other black people to do this and he didnt care that there was a chance those 2 brothers might have even got charged with something if things had gone a different way.

Of these ads you see 33,000 clicks and $3,000 dollars worth of ads (not all pro trump btw). You are arguing these few clocks and $3,000 undid the entire left wing media of CNN, MSNPC, NYT, Politico, Facebook (and how can we forget Google executives and team being all upset that they "didn't do enough" plus Clintons $2,000,000,000 that's billion Vince.

The most damning thing to make your conspiracy theory so laughable is: If Russia did this to swing the (entire) election... Why did Trump lose the popular vote by nearly 3million? It stands to reason if what you say is true then it would be trump with 65m votes...

I don't think someone has to be mentally disturbed to do this. He had a lot to gain from this both professionally and for his supported political factions. His only mental failings were ineptitude in execution and disregard for ethics. Both flaws, but neither classed as mental disturbance. But for a few basic errors, he could easily have gotten away with this. He would be lauded in the media, his political opponents would be getting pounced on by the Left with glee, his friend Kamala Harris would like get her (coincidentally timed, I'm sure) "anti-lynching" bill passed which she wants as a nice little boost at the start of her presidential campaigning. And anyone who suggested it could be a hoax would be currently getting enthusiastically attacked by VincentHanna over "believing in Conspiracy Theories".

If he'd (a) hired two people who actually were up for this and planned it out and (b) had actually learned his lines like an actor is supposed to, he could easily have gotten away with faking a racist attack against himself. And if there race riots, false convictions and political fallout, hey - I'm sure he'd think that's a small price for others to pay.

It's not an epidemic, but the media histrionics push something.

Jussie Smollet is looking at 1-3years if found guilty and sentenced. He may if he gets an activist Judge of a sort, be let off or get community service.

Thus far we know this was a hoax. It's ramifications could have led to innocent people (eg Trump supporters) getting targeted, injured or worse.

How is something verifiably true a conspiracy theory? You are back to throwing labels which proves you don't have an argument.

What next... The racist shenanigans?

The only one with a CT in here is Vince. The other was Raymond until he realized he was wrong and went to weep in Remainer rage that he was found out lying.

Grand Jury have chosen to proceed even after attorneys met to try and reach or discuss the case. Maybe we have a prosecutor sick and tired of this type of thing?
