It's funny to see people saying that fake tan is ridicilous/girls are stupid if they use it etc. I'd say that the vast majority of girls aged 16-25 use some sort of fake tanning lotion. My ex use to use this st. tropez stuff and you honestly couldn't tell she had fake tan on. It's the girls that apply the cheap stuff liberally with no sense that get the orange\fake look. Saying girls need their head checking etc. because they use fake tan is ridiclious. It's such a generalisation you are referring to most girls, of which you probably haven't even noticed have got it on.

Why don't people use other colours, like green or blue? You can get skin dye in almost any colour. If the objective is to dye your skin, why stick to one fake colour?

Some people don't have a choice with sun-beds, especially if they have a condition that requires some form of sunlight that can help improve skin condition.

Yup, my doctor recommended it for my Psoriasis, as sunlight helps it for me, but i've never gone because having a tan during the cold months looks wrong, so i find another means to manage it.
