fuse is not a good idea really.
they never use the plug you give them
always the one they have on their work bench.
Best one so far, would be to move the power switch header on the mobo across a pin
subtle and will stop the pc turning on. End of.
If you want to take your time over it
remove the power switch and cut the cable from the back of the switch, remove some of the actual wire wire leaving the plasting shroud, and glue it back in place.
This would look like it was untouched, and no amout of testing replacing components would work until they changed the case
