Fallout 4 to feature Nvidia Gameworks

You clearly dont understand how this works. Say i have 9 apples and my friend has 6, if we both lose a third of our apples i have 6 apples and he has 4. I have lost more apples than him but thats because i had more to begin with. We have still both lost the same % of apples. If he had 9 apples also then he would also of lost 3 apples not 2.
Both cards lose the same % of framerate as the resolution increases but because the 980ti has more to begin with it loses more frames.

So how is your theory working out right now with new drivers for AMD?
Fury X still only losing ~30fps going from 1080p to 1440p, even though now Fury X has more fps to lose :P

Been wandering the wasteland a good number of hours now and those godrays are just getting obnoxious.

I don't recall Boston being this sunny.

From the screenshots I've seen and video of, well anything with god rays in, I think I'd turn them off.

To me graphics aren't close enough to real life to need these sorts of things yet.

Turn them off, its just a billboard for the sake of it "Look an Nvidia feature, Blinding eh?"

I still can't see where the performance cost comes from in it.

I'm loving it to be honest, game has a load of depth once you get into it.

Yep. And add a couple of mods to it, and it's getting better. Highly recommend the Darker Nights, Dialogue and Fallout 1/2 Music mods for starters.

And I like the godrays :)

Some gamers do, I play lots Age Of Empires 2 HD online and I know for a fact some pros have alt accounts so they can play with novices because otherwise nobody would play them if they showed up in a lobby with there normal rating.

I believe that's technically known as a 'Smurf' account.
But yeah, think it's quite common in MOBAs too.

You have 2 Steam accounts?

Sometimes people want to play some games and not be bugged by some of the wider friends you have on a main account.

Often people have 2 or even 3 accounts for different games. Its having different or paralleled persona.
