Thats the same as before at 3.8Ghz.

You are reading the correct value? i mean you probably are, but i would have expected it to go up a bit.
 
i have noticed the fan on the water cooler is spinning nice and fast now tho and a nice steady stream of warm air being dumped out the back from the rad
 
Ok good, just so that i'm seeing what your seeing can you take a picture of your temperature monitoring please :)

Ok, no throttling there, temperature is good.

You know, i think you LLC is more effective than i first thought, we might be able to shave some off it.

In BIOS go back to vCore Load Calibration and set it to Standard (Assuming you did set it to Medium)

Then set the multiplier to 46x (4.6Ghz) and run Prime again.
Don't touch the volts, i have a feeling there fine. :)
