Well from what I've seen the people who have the "Jack Sparrow Edition" have had really bad performance issues so hopefully those of us who actually bought it will get patches to increase performance :)

No idea why, but i preloaded around 6 and fired the game straight up.
Not great performance so hoping the patch is the reason. If not it could be a crossfire issue.

Edit: Looks like im running 1.3.0 gonna check if that's the updated version.

Been able to load up the game straight away and after half an hour I'm very impressed. On AMD FX-8350, 16GB RAM and a GTX 970 I've got everything on Ultra and SMAA and it's locked at 60fps barring just a few small and barely noticeable stutters.

I'm guessing after Nvidia drivers and patch are released this will be even better. I did unlock the framerate to get a better look at performance and it seemed to range between 65 and 90 fps.

Haven't played a lot as I want to finish Alien Isolation first but early signs are very promising and christ does it look gorgeous!! I spent a lot of time admiring the scenery. Ubisoft may have redeemed themselves a little here.

can someone with crossfire tell me how this plays and scales tomorrow please

Not scaling at all for me, turned crossfire off and it runs better. Still not getting great frame rate with settings on high. I`m going to have to mess around with medium till i`m happy.

For reference getting 30-40 with high setting on a i7 920 @ 4ghz with a 7990 with crossfire disabled.

Getting around 50FPS average with crossfire 290X's (AFR Friendly enabled) Maxed (No AA) @ 4K, got a spot of flickering I need to fix though, other than that appears to play well, 2 GPU's doubled my frame rate from 1.

The beginning cut scene got me right in the mood, fading out with Clash - Should I stay or should I go, really looking forward to hammering this.
