Far Cry 6 GPU performance not bad at all but is severely bottlenecked by CPU

Anyone think we're going to not be bottlenecked by CPU or GPU any time soon? As long as I've been interested in PC hardware it seems to have been a thing. The goalposts keep moving ;)
 
I get horrendous stutter in this game.
But then I have yet to try it with a controller, I have heard it could be the mouse polling rate and the Ubisoft overlay.

Typical Ubi crap optimization, it does this on the consoles too.

I need to go back to it sometime and play through the extra's that have been added. Seems to have got a hard time when you consider the blockbuster that was CP had more issues and less bonus content (and was released way before it).
