Anyone think we're going to not be bottlenecked by CPU or GPU any time soon? As long as I've been interested in PC hardware it seems to have been a thing. The goalposts keep moving

I get horrendous stutter in this game.
But then I have yet to try it with a controller, I have heard it could be the mouse polling rate and the Ubisoft overlay.

Typical Ubi crap optimization, it does this on the consoles too.

Will rephrase for my experience too:

Played it through on PC and didn't suffer from stutter.

I need to go back to it sometime and play through the extra's that have been added. Seems to have got a hard time when you consider the blockbuster that was CP had more issues and less bonus content (and was released way before it).
