I wonder how many gamers will fall for the lame pixel crack preorder bonuses this time round. Its been clearly proven that the post release FarCry content for the game is absolute garbage compared to the post release content that Assassins Creed gets.

The more I read about this game the more I want to play it. So many negative internet comments from people who clearly have not even read the details, 'it's just a rehash of FC5' it's just a map reskin' it's just more of the same game etc.
Well of course it it does include parts of the original map as the game takes place in the same area, but it's been totally reworked with complete with new story elements, environments, characters, gameplay mechanics and systems
You will also be able to leave Hope County and fly to other areas of the USA to do various quests. Arizona, California & Louisiana amongst them.
You will have to upgrade and grow a home base called the Prosperity and populate it, this takes the place of John Seed's ranch from the previous game. As you progress throughout New Dawn and improve the base it will expand and even open up new missions for you to take on.
The traditional arsenal of weapons you used in Far Cry 5 is making a return in some capacity, but this time it'll be supplemented by another arsenal of crazy makeshift weapons only the fall of society could bring about, you will have to scavenge to find parts to actually build and repair your guns, these will presumably jam up and need constant repairs via a recruit to your camp.
You can have an animal buddy again, this time Boomer the dog is renamed as Timber and can jump in your vehicle. The other animal is a vicious Boar called Horatio who can mow down the baddies of New Eden and even help fight mutant beasts and the twins of evil.
The developer’s have introduced enemy tiers in New Dawn. Lower level threats will still serve as bullet fodder, but those higher on the henchmen food chain – including bulky Enforcers – will be able to absorb more damage.
Really looking forward to this, bit unsure of the weird colours but Metro Exodus can wait a bit longer
