Well, your insinuation is that this is going on outside of the boundaries and control of FCA guidelines (which the course would inform you of). Can I see an example?
Let me repeat again the issue is when this happens and the people/ groups affected are kept in the dark about why. Mindlessly telling me that a bank may be acting in accordance with the FCA guidelines doesn't address the question now does it!
And the issues is: Should the, often concerted, punishment (removal or hinderance of the ability to interact in society in often major ways) of individuals of groups be carried out by private institutions in ways were the persons or groups affected cannot even establish what they are alleged to have done wrong in the first place.
