Favourite Beer?

Take a pint glass and put half a pint of Guinness into it. Add 8 tablespoons of sugar and a few spoons of whipped cream. Top it up with water.

That's Guinness Red.

Seriously? As in the stuff Guinness are making and selling? They just seem to claim the barely is roasted for less time.

Ahhh well, musn't have noticed before, think I've had it once before, t'was nice from what I remember, but like I said I usually drink cider, lol.

Well in Shields there is the wouldhave who used to sell it, Yates, The pub which used to be O'Briens and the Maltings.

I'd probably go with an Old Peculiar given the choice of anything - though at the moment, I'm pretty much stuck with 3% chinese lagers. Was at the Qingdao (Tsingtao) beer festival last week, which was fun, but I miss real beer :(

If I'm drinking and not on the wagon I find it hard to beat an ice cold Corona with a lime in the summer time, failing that San Miguel is rather nice too. In the winter I do love a good pint of Guinness :) Keo in Cyprus is pretty much exclusively what I drink there too.

I really am not fussy but a Corona with lime is quite refreshing and you can drink loads of them without getting drunk. Aside from that a nice cold pint just hits the spot and as long as its not Carling its usually ok!
