Favourite herb

mmmm herbs...

I love Cardamon in rice,
and Oregano is quite nice.
Rosemary roasts well,
and cloves have a pleasant smell.

But Coriander's great,
In all sorts on my plate.
It's comestible with vegetables,
and pleasant with sheep testicles,
so come on, try it now!

Since we're extending to spice i'm going to go with Paprika. I chuck it in virtually everything!

Thyme for herb, smoked paprika for spice.

Spice is much more difficult. I use a fair bit of coriander, cumin and paprika. I also really like white pepper.

Coriander I suppose, fresh in Thai/Vietnamese dishes.
My opinion is herbs are over used.
