I gotta admit that i myself am obsessed with fat reduction and all things "fat" and have a strong interest in general fitness. I myself, have a relatively low body fat and do everything possible to keep it low. It takes much hard work. But i dont think people should take these "fat" comments to heart as it wont really help u. If u feel fat, then do something about it; dont get depressed and moan about it, as it doesnt help (in fact depression may lead to comfort eating and extra fat gain). Be constructive.
If u want to shed body fat do lots of aerobic work (cycling, swimming, running, rowing, skiing) and concentrate on eating right. If u want to preserve muscle mass do weights as well. Don't restrict the AMOUNT of food you eat, only what u eat. Cut out alcohol and foods rich in simple sugars (fruit excepted) and saturated fat. Replace them with healthy alternatives. But initially at least, dont restrict the amount of food u eat otherwise u will struggle and find the regime very hard. When i shed body fat, this is the simple formula i use.
For the record ive seen pictures of piggymon and lostkat and i dont find them fat (and im not just saying that - i dont ****** like most men do, to get an easy life with their ladies). In fact, i thought that Lostkat "looked" the best out of all the ladies in the recent "post your other half pics" thread. Lopez knows he is a lucky man.
