Did some deads with LiE - he's just ridiculous. Irrespective of the fact this was the first time in 3 weeks, he's a beast.

Squat form check::

Did a little squatting with ice - all good, oblique needs to be a bit tighter. Knees out a little more, and careful about feet direction.

Crazy strong ring dips!

I was impressed with your squats. You only really needs some minor tweaks, and on your first time trying it slightly differently you smashed it.
