Fidelity Super Resolution in 2021

4k 30fps system requirements: 6800xt or rtx3080

Cries in no 60fps

Looks like I'll have to wait for next gen cards to be able to do 4k 60

30 FPS on 3080 is unplayable. What kind of unoptimised trash is Ubisoft putting out (as usual)? There is no possible way this looks better than cyberpunk 2077 with just RT Shadows and far fewer npc density.

I thought the kids were suppose to be back to school this week? Guess not.

If you watch that gameplay and think that it is a patch on cyberpunk, metro, RDR 2, assassins creed, SWBF 2, fallen order, the ascent etc. etc. visuals and is worthy of only being able to run 4k@30fps on a 6800xt/3080 then you need your eyes tested especially when this is only using ray tracing shadows (no surprise given AMD sponsored though), not even ray traced reflections?!

Literally states ray traced reflections in the video and shows them??

I mean I'll wait till I have it rendering on my display before I call out it looking trash. But to me I thought the trailer looked great.

Not surprised to see a certain someone crapping over it already, par for the course.

If it was sponsored by a competitor he'd be waxing his carrot over it and we all know it. :p

I'll be turning RT off i suspect as I'll be targeting triple digit FPS at 4K. I will give FSR a go though to see how that affects performance with RT on.

Well yeah it's far from "trash", still looks good/average for nowadays but not 4k@30 fps kind of good..... Given the listed games look better and run better, there's no reason why this shouldn't be running better given it's not fully pushing ray tracing effects.

Of course ubi could be saying this just to cover themselves then come release, it'll run much better than they suggested..... otherwise could have a cyberpunk all over again i.e. specs were pretty low and look what you really needed to run the game at their "recommended" settings.

Well given that you work for amd, you'll hardly give a non-bias view eh ;)

Also, explain how it's crapping over it? Have a look all over reddit and other forums and you'll see people saying the exact same..... It looks good/average for nowadays, simply the "fact" if those requirements/perf. figures are true then yeah, lol worthy, that's fps you expect from a game using full ray tracing and no dlss/fsr....
