Jesus. There's not even any need for you to be snippy anyway, it's just a game, it's not real. As for apparently pressing X all the time well I think that's nonsense and you can ask Skip or Poly, the past few nights just me and those two have played and nobody has had any problems whatsoever with the cpu only passing to one player every time. Maybe if you learnt how to stay in one position instead of running around the pitch like a basket case you'd have more success.

As for slagging people off behind their backs, what nonsense, saying X is greedy or Y takes a shot every time they get the ball isn't slagging them off. After you've slept on it you'll feel like an idiot, it's a game, it's not life or death.

Plenty of times when i was in position as a striker and it is easier for you to pass to me you dont you try dribbling round their other defenders.

that "ironic" :rolleyes: goal i got yesterday was a classic example of that...... it certainly wasnt an assist from you...

You do it when you're any as well kill...

I dont care how unskillful or how poor anyone plays as long as they attempt to play as a team - you dont share that opinion. If they are greedy then its a waste of time playing. Play 1v1 if you dont want to play in a Team.

I'm sorry but when you're in the box 1 on 1 with the keeper 9 times out of 10 you will take a shot as you'll score, unless there's a clear passing option and yesterday you didn't offer a clear passing option. The amount of times I pass is much higher than the amount of times I try to dribble around people and I'm sorry, but when I'm Any I make sure to just try to make the easy passes because generally the players you are given are **** at passing.

At least I volunteer to be Any by the way, which is more than you usually do. If you want to just fall out with me for the sake of not passing to you on one occasion then go right ahead, but I think I've played enough games to know that I'm not the greedy player you are trying to make out. In fact, yesterday was one of the greediest I've see you play and everything you are trying to pin on me sounds like a mirror image of what you played like last night.

I don't know how old you are but if it's the same as you are acting then I'd say about 8 or 9. I'm 22 years old, I don't need to try and boost my ego by doing stupid skill moves, and I certainly don't give two ****s about some silly Internet argument either. It's a game, so enjoy it and stop trying to pick holes, the general consensus would probably be that I sometimes take shots that are inappropriate, but on the whole I'm unselfish. I'm quite sure Poly would have called me up on any unselfishness by now, he spoke to me about taking silly shots and I think everyone will also agree that I don't take half as many as I used to. Not that I need to justify myself to you, or anybody else.

Oh, and have your rolleyes back too. :rolleyes:
 
Guys I did say constructive, whatever your differences perhaps this is at least an opportunity to be better players, irrelevant of the team play as I think that comes with experience, a lot of practise and learning each others game (which Im still doing)...

I also dont think one night of playing is really indicative of anything particular wrong in either of your play and its not something systematic of being 'plain selfish'. Sometimes your on form and sometimes youre not - sometimes FIFA is in your favour, others not...

I dont think I need to say much more on the matter, but I would hope after some reflection the posts above may be not truly what you wanted to say. Ive always said in Club that Im more than happy to criticise other people if I feel its in the best interest of Club (in the past I doubt Ive gone about it the right way until after the heat of the moment), but fully expect (and occassions requested) the Im critiqued in the same way. No one is above that as no one is THAT good...

Some might think my replies may be papering over cracks, but Im treating them as nothing more than raw emotions/reactions that I expected with such a large regular squad (which in honest is amazing), but want to ensure that if there is an issue that its openly discussed and given the gravitas it requires...

EDIT: Cant make tonight but Im around - just been stupid with time management lately (its hard to be motivated for BAU tasks) - Ive had my fill of gaming tonight as Ive just played through the Heavy Rain demo - cant wait for that now :D

In all fairness I haven't even created this bad air between him and myself. He is going about this very childishly and although I regret making my 2 posts in retaliation I don't regret this one. If he wants to be hostile towards me then that's his agenda, but as for me I'm not particularly bothered what he thinks. I'm not ****ed off at him, I don't hate him or anything, I just think he needs to calm down and think about the repercussions before acting. Saying you aren't going to play with someone again just because you had one bad evening with them is a bit silly in my opinion. I've had what I'd class as bad evenings with virtually everyone here, but I didn't go overboard and throw my toys out of the pram, I've slept on it, thought "Hmm, maybe it's been my fault too" and then just moved on. There's no reason to go absolutely mental on anybody for one bad evening.

Anyway, in short, I won't be replying to anything derogatory that HTK has to say. I'd rather he either be civil toward me, or choose not to converse with me, although I hold no grudges or hard feelings toward him or anybody.

youre the one making it personal dude. My complaint is with how you play not what you are like as a person......

When i brought it up on chat you immediately had a go at me for my poor performance instead of saying "ok fair enuff i should have passed". So basically trying to deflect it onto me for some reason. I already knew i hadnt played well and i said this in chat before you brought it up!

Like i said before i dont moan if someone plays poor. Sure i may have off days but i certainly wont play greedy and selfish. If i was playing that way that day thats coz i was ****ed off....in fact thats a sure sign of me being annoyed..

edit: You are having a laugh if you think i dont offer to play any.... said plenty of times i would play it. Only reason i dont put myself forward *all* the time for it coz i know there are better players who do it. Happy to go any loads..but dont bitch at me about losing.

well if i am on the wing down by the byline in the box i'll look to work a pass in. NOT cut back try to get past 2 or 3 defenders and shoot.

So are you still never playing Fifa with me again or have you changed your mind? Perhaps I should have passed on that occasion and I think most people will tell you if I mess something up I'll try and quickly type it in on chat. I don't have a headset yet, they're all out of stock bar a few select places that are offering the official ones at £40 which is ridiculous. When I do finally get an official headset I think it'll be easier to link up with everyone and people will have more of an idea of what I'm trying to do. A lot of times I cut back to look for a pass, not to shoot, but the teams mentality is mainly to get Bap or another good crosser to cross a long ball so J can get his big noggin on the ball. :p

I'm not good in the air and my guy has good crossing stats but I'm not good at using him for cross and prefer short passes which is why I usually cut back, I think communication is the issue and I'm sorry if I appeared greedy. I don't want you to brand me as someone who never, ever passes because it isn't true and the people who've played with me day in day out for the past month or two will tell you so. Once again, I don't want to make anything personal because it's just a game, I'm sure you're a nice bloke and I think that night you were just frustrated as were we all. Fifa rage is pretty common and I think it's mainly down to communication, once that's sorted I doubt we'll have any problems at all.

Im also very annoyed that my ps3 official headset isnt reliable :/ otherwise i would use that and prolly none of these issues would ever come up coz i would **** you all rotten in the game haha.:D

Whenever my wireless controller loses connection to ps3 that makes my headset lose connection as well. Even though i reconnect wireless controller (holding down button) the headset doesnt activate in fifa unless i restart fifa. Sooo annoying. :(

Nah i will be on (prolly not tonite tho), i dont have anything against you.
