I've been trying to build up my defence stats and they are actually pretty good now - general defence is around 81 and my heading/jumping are about 85!
Problem is, the game is so harsh on defenders with the ratings - you can make a vital goal line clearance and it will count as a -Pass if it isn't picked up by another player, for instance.
Enjoying my Long throw trait too, nearly got a couple of goals from them. Even better if I manage to unlock Giant throw!

Your freekick was amazing though. I'll have to play CM again and set you up again tonight.
Peeps ok with me going up front with Bap tonight? I'm going to make my player slightly taller, I think we did well when I had the one game with him upfront last night. Plus even in midfield I grabbed a goal and set up a few, love going forward!

I think if there are 6 or 7 games being played each night it is best to mix it up. If others want to play upfront as well it seems a little unfair to always have the same two
I don't mind playing anywhere, I do enjoy defence, but I also like it on the wings and in CM.

Enjoyed it again last night. I think I'm starting to hone the CM position quite well! I much prefer it to the dreaded CB, I prefer having a touch of the ball 
I tend to sit quite deep, as every other bugger I usually play CM with deserts me, so I have to do the Mascherano role and clean up
Can't believe I tackle on of our own players last night with my face :'(. Think it was mic. I passed him the ball, got snapped and flew into you and tackled you with my face, then their player booted the ball against me!

You do have to play to your strengths though SS. If we are to take this seriously we should have set positions where you play the best, rather than the free for all, position taking nonsense at the start
It's quite clear that Baplad should play up front, I'd also have Soul / fubs up there too preferably as I think both do well.
We need to remember to wrap Mikes feet in bubble wrap before each game too, just to soften those rough tackles that keep getting him sent off

Saying that I am pretty good in CM too, setting some goals and grabbing one the first match I played in last night.Edit: Actually you probably mean winger, which wasn't me. I just whine a lot

Well I'll play anywhere as I feel like I am quite an all rounder. I'm good at making forward runs and making space for myself, useless at heading, reasonable finisher I think.
I also like playing wing back or on the wing, or attacking midfield, so anywhere basically

Probably me, i get the ball, i spot passes i could make that would be really good, i press the button....nothing happens... then i get tackled
I find myself absolutely mashing B at times when i have a shot on goal because it just won't do it >_< that said though the batteries are low on my controller so i could probably do with replacing them

LOL that was me. But I did create a few goals and put some stunning tackles in. I think we worked really well last night in the middle mate. We were bossing the midfield at times.
I should be on at least part of the night
we could do with a 3 columned list of all the people who are in the team with their name, prefered position and position their player is setup to play, would give us a good idea of what we have at the moment and what positions need to be rotated a bit

Yeah I was. I loved the 7-0 beating we dished out though. That was funny! Also Mike getting sent off was cracking me up. Although he did put in some immense tackles at times!
Good idea. I think we need to balance the team and keep people in positions. Because people say "I'll go CM" then someone else nicks it. I'm hopeless at defending but I'm pretty decent upfront or in midfield.
Yeah i'm sure you was there also.
