I haven't been around forever because I sold my 360. Looking at getting a cheap Elite or Super Elite and then I should be back around. The new Fifa won't be out until next autumn so there should still be loads of life in this game. 3 months in and the thing that I started has completely fallen on it's arse after you made that squad of your own Soulja.

. Had Club pretty much going on week in, week out since 09 came out...

In all seriousness, just need a dedicated core of players (4/5 - randoms can fill the rest though makes games harder IMHO especially if the ANY doesnt control all the defence) and regular organised times - not too hard once you have a routine...
