FIFA 15

Just utterly annihilated a guy and still lost on penalties, sad times. Ibra even missed in extra time from about 8 yards when the keeper was already on the floor.
 
Right, being on nights + not a lot going on + FIFA companion app = I've nailed down my BPL team, with a combination of lots of lucky packs (e.g pulled several Di Marias, couple of Rooneys, Rodriguez, various IFs that I didn't want and a couple of Toures)

Wondered whether or not to have 2 at CM/CDM- Matic is awesome too. And whether or not to sell Rooney and get Aguero. Or even also get IF Rooney and have him instead of Di Maria, with Aguero/other as ST?

Now to work on the other leagues, with no money...

Still getting to grips with FIFA 15, most annoying change from 14 so far is the ease at which an opposing player can drift invincibly straight through the middle of the defence.

Is that definitely the formation you want to play?

If I were you and had your coins, I would go for a 433(4)

Yaya - Rooney
Di Maria
Sanchez - Aguero - Hazard

The game is all about pace and Rooney is an awful striker because he's (relatively) slow, weak and small (height = strength). He is, however, a brilliant box-to-box midfielder.

If you let us know your favourite formation, I'm sure we could whip something up for you?

As Stewy says that doesn't look a terribly good side. 4141 isn't a great formation and the side doesn't look balanced.

Toure is wasted at CDM. Silva is a rubbish CM. I'd go:

Walker Koscielny Kompany Luis
Sanchez Toure Rooney Hazard
Di Maria
Aguero

Or

Lloris
Walker Koscielny Kompany Luis
Toure Matic Di Maria
Sanchez Aguero Hazard
 
Getting better. Even managing to keep the speedsters under control by dropping off them.

Very frustrating and boring tactics the speedsters use, there has to be more fun than just passing to the fastest player and run.

Still not bought any coins and having fun ;)

Only got 10k coins but looking out for some more bargains each night.

Is it hard to manage two squads? Do you recommend waiting to build up more money?
 
Yeah basically have two high-stamina CMs that you can run around with and just drop off with back four. I generally dominate possession and have the ball high up the pitch so when my opponent counters they only have 2 or 3 men up top and it's not controlled so I can just nip in and win it back.

Thanks for the tips guys. My formation was actually 451. Toure is the CM. Not set on formation, open to suggestions, except for 5 at the back types :p

So Aguero is pretty nailed on huh. And as for Rooney box-to-box, that sounds nice, is IF Rooney worth the extra outlay? Also a lot of love for Koscielny I see! What's everyone's favourite CB pairings (BPL)? I've not noticed much difference between Koscielny, Vertonghen and Mangala. Not tried Terry yet, primarily because I can't stand his face.

I haven't tried 4-3-3 in years, used to work good with Barca 2 or 3 years ago :p

I used 4-1-4-1 last year but this year I've been using 4-4-1-1 with success

Also the trick is or what I do is have two sets of players, so a BPL players in first team in squad 1 and seria a on bench. Then in squad 2 i have seria a in first team and BPL on the bench. Not sure how I only figured this out now but it means all you do is switch squads before a game and there you have fully fit players, without having to use fitness cards or swapping players after every game :)

I liked Koscielny and Mangala but I've not tried Kompany this year.

Trying to find a team where I can get Kluivert at ST and Ibrahimovic at CAM with all on full chem but it is proving difficult :(
 
I'm a PC player, but the PC thread for this game is basically dead.

Would appreciate some opinions on my FUT - also any advice you guys can give on getting the most out of Hazard and Robben, I'm massively ineffective with them, mainly because I'm utterly gash at the game.

Also having the most frustrating day, can't seem to buy a win. Had one game where I missed 6 one on ones, nothing I tried worked, couldnt finesse past him, couldnt shift it and power, even one stage managed to dribble it round him and then hit the post.
