It's blatantly packet loss. Your line is rogered. Change supplier or live with it.

Depends. You can get PL to certain hosts and not others.

I do jitter tests and packet loss tests and they are all fine....

I get this problem everyone I play against to varying degrees

Got a 4g Phone? Tether your console to that & see if that works?

Borrow neighbours WiFi and see if that helps?

Jitter tests and packet loss tests would need to be to EA servers to confirm a problem. BT aren't going to tell you you're getting packet loss to EA are they as they know the first thing you'll do is leave them.

I don't think their website and game servers are linked. Unlikely to use the same routing anyway.

my tracert ping and packet loss is fine to ea.easo.com which is what they ask you to do to check....

We've been over it all before, you aren't going to get a fix here.

The amount of people having FIFA issues in that BT thread before though likely points out that for some of their customers BT is the issue.

Yeah, I get around 108mb down and 30mb up. Unlimited and only £20 a month.
