Does subbing people on mean they have full chem?

They get the same chem as the player they replace I believe.
They work perfectly once subbed on from a full chem player. I have always done it with teams.

Dunno about 16 games. Was up early lol... And yeah I can get up to 1.2k a match and I haven't touched the catalogue on the ps4, so no boosters.
To be fair, i probably play the game least out of everyone on here going by in-game hour stats/ records.
Ps4 is in my bedroom. So wake up, turn ps4 on... lay there till 12 playing fifa. make bacon n egg sandwich, shower then im off to work in a min.
If im winning, its hard to turn it off. soon as i lose i turn it off.

Chemistry means crud anyway, playing vs teams with 50-60 chem and makes no difference to a decent player.

The Xbox I get about 600 at most but I have a awful DNF on there due to there ****** Xbox servers. Not to mention how many rage quits I have done aswell

Just got absolutely done over by the winning-too-much effect. Guy pretty much scored every time he shot, from anywhere, and my players were useless all over the pitch. Example below. No idea why my defender suddenly jumped to 10m behind the striker when the ball came in.
I've just had similar - playing against a guy who can literally only 1-2 spam, all he does is spam lofted balls, even from laughable angles from like 50 yards away. His first goal, my defensive midfielder (88 interceptions) just kept stepping over the ball as he continually 1-2 spammed through him. Then his second goal, he played what was simply a pathetic lofted ball that... came off? His striker wasn't running, it was with Balotelli's left-foot whilst looking the wrong way, and yet ended up perfectly in Aguero's path whilst Silva (90 marking) stood motionless.
I get so frustrated losing to utter morons that are just woeful at the game, I mean this guy was absolutely terrible, making poor decisions pretty much every time he got the ball, and yet got rewarded by pathetic EA bull****.
