FIFA 15

Just beat a guy 8-2 in div 2, he must be raging. He had Pique sent off after 7 minutes, scored an own goal, was just horrific all over the pitch. Scored my 8th from a corner in the 90+3rd minute. Shame I let him get 2 in!
 
I played a really infuriating player the other day. Ping Pong Passing, passing that even the likes of barca in their prime wouldn't of even attempted.

He played it back, sideways and from one flank to the other a lot as well as ping ponging it about.

He had like 70% posession, 9 shots at goal and 3 on target in the first half (i stood my ground and all his shots were long shots, i didn't let myself be drawn out to his players until they were near my box).

I had I think 1 shot at goal and it missed, I was one on one with the keeper Diego Costa and he missed the chip from a rushing keeper. It went past the post no idea how he missed the target when I was aiming for the goal.

Second half I decided to try and get it to the forwards quicker that way from all the players he was bringing forward due to his ping pong passing I could exploit the last third if I moved it quicker.

Shortly into the second half all it took was one over the top ball to Diego Costa as I saw him making a run behind the line, he held off his CB and slotted it past the keeper. He then went all out attack and I think the game ended 3-1, his being from a 40 yard free kick. No idea how my keeper couldn't get to it in time, with that distance out I would expect Courtois to save a shot over the wall into his bottom far corner.

Felt great to beat someone using such cheap tactics which could never be replicated in real life. I had one goal from a Balotelli header (cross from wing) and the third was Costa shooting into the keepers near post in a one one one from an angle.


The best goal however was scored by Palacio backheel after ruining about 5 players. What is it that makes Palacio, SIF Menez and Cabella so good? I know they are fast but their turning is sublime, players cannot cope with how quick they can turn. I'll need to compare all 3 and see which of their stats are similar and look for similar players in future.

Did he replace him at all with a player from midfield? Then pull a forward into midfield?

If not then I'm not surprised you scored that many with the HUGE gap you had to exploit in front of goal after 7 minutes.

coins price limits have really killed this thread :(

Anyone still playing this game? I still have Messi so log on occasionally to tear it up with him but that's about it - because players don't sell any more, it's such a chore to play around with teams now. :(
 
Can't build teams without logging into console so I probably play 4-5 games a week now and never build teams. Not quite dead, but not far off.

There was no new posts in here for about 2 days earlier :o
 
Yeah it's very annoying. I want to change a lot of my team but don't have the energy to go through the incredibly arduous task of listing and re-listing all my players through the console.

Try contracts, I have over 2k of various sorts and want to get rid, but to set a realistic buy now you have to manually click each one down from 5000 down to 300.

What a ballache :mad:
