FIFA 15

I've only got 75 minutes of my trial left, but I've given up playing online, the last 4 matches I've been randomly disconnected. I've received coins, but the result is always logged as a 3-0 win for me, but it doesn't actually count towards my overall record. Do you think people's trials are running out mid game?

Nice thing about digital is mine should become available at midnight Thursday night, already downloaded etc.. and ready to go!

that's what's tempting me to go down the Indian marketplace route, although as I'm an EA Access member I could yield some cash back by selling the disc when 15 arrives in the Vault. It's a tougher decision than normal but i'm swayed towards Sainsburys atm

Went onto my phone app last night and seen that you was doing really well with a few wins.

Me, on the other hand, am not...... I am the dominant player in most of my games but i just cannot seem to finish. I have skied open nets from 3-4 yards away for example.

Got my first proper win last night on the demo  So what if it was against a 9 year old...

Have no idea how people can spend hundreds of pounds on this game, I would expect around 15 AAA PC games for £200 these days. 3 or 4 nights grinding on 14 and I had around 100k coins which gave me access to most players so I really can't see the need to spend money on points/coins. If you really want to use Ronaldo just play online seasons :p.

Up to them, but if you want to use the best players you can always play H2H normal seasons. So the only benefit I see is that you get all the best players and there is a strong chance your opponent hasn't got them giving you the advantage.

That is why they buy packs IMO, for the advantage it gives. It only helps so much, a decent player with a team worth 50K can smash a poor player with a team worth millions. But against someone on an even level, the big players can make a big difference.

It's no different to someone using cinch controllers (which have buttons placed in easier to reach positions) to gain a advantage.

Skying open nets form 3-4 yards? Take a touch then shoot or hold finesse when your shooting to place the shot.

Also are you pointing the stick in the direction of the goal? It's very hard to miss an open net from 3-4 yards even first time without finesse, it's possible but hard.

Yup i took it around the keeper with sterling and shot and **** nose where it went, come back down with snow on though.

Ill figure it, for me the play style is a massive difference from 14.

Hope they sort out the jaggies aswell.

Can you find out exact time you have left on trial? Mine just says at start 'you have under 3 hours'.

I've tried to stretch the 6 hours out so it lasts until launch lol

I like the none scriptness of the shooting but then at the same time it's ludicrous how much a quality striker can miss the target from 15 yards out. The one FUT game I played I absolutely dominated the guy but managed one goal with my right back. Miss after miss...of course he had two shots and nearly equalised at the death. Going to take some time to get used to it, it's basically manual shooting now.

If anything it feels like the opposite for me, shots constantly being hit right at the keeper. If they don't alter the shooting manual shooting might be worth while learning (at least from my experience with the demo only).

Tesco order "ready to dispatch". Crossing my fingers it arrives on Thursday. Off thur-sun, perfect timing for my days off this week! :D

Finishing has always been key. Show all the possession, shots on target you want, if you finish like Torres then it's not the opponents fault he is good at finishing and scores the two chances he got all game

I really wish I was better at trading in this. I opened a load of packs and have been selling players off, making some alright money, only to find that their prices likely would have risen a fair amount on Friday when the game is released :(

This is true to a certain extent but imagine just how many people will be opening packs on Friday and will looking for quick coins so players will be cheapish still.

The ting can be comical at times, but I do like it, I have to laugh when a simple close shot goes awry, but its the same for the opponent too, I like that it requires more angle & more work, might not like it when I need the last second goal, but its a good element, but I'm terrified to think how manual shooting it, I assume you just kick the ball straight into your own face?

well its nearly 2 weeks and the demo lag is still there.....

sometimes it is fine and sometimes it is not....

Not everyone is getting it on my list - 4 people don't 2 people do

I definitely feel this must be the cause of the fifa 14 lag....

PC users can unlock this today and start playing through a VPN. Think it's around 4 oclock, need to sort a crappy UT out on the web app.

I havent played the demo much really, and i havent obviously played the game yet. I think the shooting is just a learning curve. FIFA 14 was probably so automated they flew in pretty much where ever you aimed the analogue stick this require more precision it seem. Im dreadful at finishing its either the keeper flys all over saving it or i just send it wide.

Well i still cant get on the Web app, may as well just wait for release now so frustrating as i wanted to get a lead and make a start.

Me either there is a massive thread on EA forums moaning about same problem but EA are completely ignoring it, Worst thing is friend logged in on his work pc this morning i tried too and instant servers are down error still he then logged in fine again.

Complete joke, I'm only annoyed as means missed out on the free packs.
