FIFA 15

The loan system sounds interesting, I guess you pay 2000 ea credits and you get Messi or whoever for 5 games. Hope they add more features to FUT, its a bit stale after 6 iterations already!

Needs a bit of a shake up imo, everyone knows how to play the market now, autobuyers etc. I kind of like how WC FUT is and you can only pack players but I expect that is probably less profitable than the current market.

Fifa 14 currently better on X1? Ive played both and cant feel a difference to be honest. Surely its the version that your mates have or the version with a larger userbase.

The xbox looks better to my eyes the ps4 looks washed out and not as detailed

xbox one looks like the way to go for fifa 15 no doubt legends another exclusive and smoother better looking game like fifa 14 currently is best on xbone.

I'll be picking up an xbone for fifa 15.

got any proof to back this up?

how can WC version be less profitable? you cannot buy players your forced to pack them. you also cannot sell players your forced to discard them.

it's a much more profitable system imo. they have complete control over the market.

^^^^ agreed and I think the WC was a trial on how the "system" would work so EA can judge to bring that kind of system into Fifa 15....

As predicted pretty visuals of the game and no ingame footage as usual :)

new features - nothing exciting there really.....

wonder if they fix all our major gripes and issues with the previous versions or just add new ones :)

All I want is a more stream lined get on with it game. All these replays and features that take up time are infuriating. when there is a throw in, cut straight to the throw in... not 20 minutes of trying to find the ball.

From futhead

FIFA 15 will release on 23rd September 2014

All new Emotional Intelligence will enable players to show emotions based on the context of the match.

Players will over-celebrate when going ahead via late goals and will be deflated when a striker misses a sitter.

The new Player Control System brings another level of player personality and responsiveness to the game.

New stutters & strides let you cut, sprint & explode out of turns.

New ball physics, models ball movement based on precise contact.

Tuned player biomechanics cause players to react and move with balance and closer control when in possession of the ball.

Full-body defending, shirt pulling, shoulder barges, and Possession tackles are features of the new Man-to-man Battle system.

Player models have been revamped and are now more athletic, lean and realistic.

Player models now have new hair physics (yes really)

On the pitch, for the first time boots will leave their mark.

The entire stadium is alive. Tackles now tear the turf, kits get dirty, corner flags move & goal frames clatter on impact.

LED ad boards surrounding the pitch are now animated rather than rolling.

Full 10 man team celebrations are now possible.

Crowd chants and animations have been improved, you might even see 'the poznan'.

FIFA 15 features a brand new lighting system which has a more natural palette.

In game replays and match highlights have now been re-worked to get them even closer to the real thing on TV.

The half- and full-time highlights now include music and commentary.

Team Mate Control allows you to direct the receiver of set pieces and throw-ins.

A.I. players will take more initiative and attack defenders one-on-one to try and break the defense down.

More overlapping AI runs will give you more attacking options

Dribblers favor their dominant foot and use the inside and outside of their feet to control the ball.

Players take small stutter steps to accommodate the ball for increased visual fidelity.

New defensive AI will help defenders who are 'the last man' to make better decisions, instead waiting for support, over diving in.

Correct Contact preserves ball momentum between passes allowing for more dynamic ball behaviour.

New animations will allow players to trap the ball with their thigh, or knock the ball on with their head.

Possession Battle AI will allow slide tackling defenders to react faster to lose balls, and follow up with another challenge.

Opposing teams will now adjust their play style to suit the importance of the fixture.

Squads have more situational awareness, which leads to strategies like parking the bus, attempting more long balls when behind, and time wasting in the corners when ahead.

Ultimate Team pre-orders will now include 40 packs over 40 weeks.

Sounds like it will make a great offline game. FIFA always way to 'scripted' online for me. I think I'll buy this for purely offline play and enjoy it without the rage.

This will have a manager mode/be a pro mode still for offline doesn't it?

Yeah the scripting drives me mad, I hope they add much more intelligence to the game especially in terms of set pieces I can't bare to see my 5ft2 striker in the box defending when I'm loosing and the my biggest centre half outside the box in corners etc.

The thing is if they literally said 'we will fix chipped through balls and defender AI etc' and just did fixes Id pre-order this. Additional features at this point are getting moot when the issues make up 95% of the gameplay we experience.

Its got to a point where its hard to miss whats broken - nothing wrong in just addressing it and reselling it, Id think better of EA for doing so and not feel short changed...

ps3ud0

But gameplay amendments are there, beginning with elements of last year's effort that the masses decreed too powerful. The overwhelming success of both through balls and headers has been significantly toned down, occasionally to the point of intense frustration. I'm unable to restrict myself to such polite curse words as 'bloody' after nodding over from point blank range for the umpteenth time.

I don't think headers are overpowered. It's crosses that are overpowered.

When I watch a game of football, how many professional footballers can actually put in a decent cross? It's usually 1 in 10 that is any good and it's as if by chance they got that one right.

Crossing needs to be completely manual controls, no assists what so ever. Heading should stay the same.

They are focusing on the wrong things completely. Make crossing harder not heading. If they make heading obsolete then it will mean nobody puts any crosses in.

Things id like fixed.

Ability to only see one replay off a goal rather than wait 2 minutes if someone wants to troll you - you should be able to only see these multiple angles and slow mo's if both players want to see it.

Quit at the end of a game straight away without all the hullabaloo. Same with corners and throw ins.

if someone doesnt move their controller for more than 60 seconds they get a defeat against them.

There's always going to be some form of scoring that is overpowered every year, they need to actually make the shooting stats matter because it's laughable how many times Ronaldo can't curl a 6 yard finesse round a keeper but Ibarbo can do it every time.

Players will over-celebrate when going ahead via late goals and will be deflated when a striker misses a sitter.

In FUT that is just going to ensure absolute rage !

I would like to see advantage given if the opposing teams player is in an offside position when the ball is played to him, but one of your players intercepts the ball. Many times on '14 the opposing team has lumped a pass forward to an offside man but one of my players has intercepted, only for the play to be brought back to where the offside occurred slowing the game down
