When is FUT for Fifa 15 officially start?
Not sure on that, early access is limited to 6 hours, personally I'd like to see early access block fut like it did in 13, who knows though.
FUT web app is RUMOURED to be launching Friday, which would be the start of FUT15, but obviously not playable, just starter packs, bonuses & trades.

I'd thought about buying a new footy game as my copy of PES2009 is getting a bit long in the tooth. PEs seems to have become pretty dire of late so I think I might head down the fifa route.
Had a minor heart attack when I saw the price of this on the Playstation Store, needless to say I think I will purchase it, but elsewhere

.Is FUT worth it for the management and team development aspects, over the vanilla version? I don't want to spend any additional money on coins or any of that crud, I just want the option for a bit more depth in the gameplay if I feel like it.

it can be fun building up teams but the stats usually are meaningless and teams don't feel much different.... if you enjoy high speed ping pong style game then FUT is for you

Anyone on Xbox One planning on setting up an OcUK Pro Club?

Did you turn off all aids? Shooting has three modes: Assisted, Semi-assisted and manual iirc.
You'd see a lot more of that if you had it set to manual.

Tried the demo earlier on the Xbone and i'm actually tempted to get it. Seems to be a decent advancement for once. Only played a game and a half and there was some rather horrific shots from both sides. 
Being able to pick some basic tactics for a corner is good, but i'd rather have the old team management stuff back. Far simpler to use. Oh, I also like the Park the Bus and All out Attack tactics too!
