What's the deal with shooting then? I'm playing the Liverpool v City game and near post seems to be a bit of a winner thus far...?
 
Reading back to the last page...

I had this big urge to get Lewandowski so that I could play him up top with.ramos in 41212 but by doing so....the whole team became less dangerous overall, because Reus is no longer a big part of things....infact....since switching back to 433..Ive been mainly using Ramos up top because overall.....he is more of a threat and just scores more goals tbh.

I am going to keep alternating them both for a few days but i suspect i will sell Lewandowski and put the coins towards neymar maybe, who is currently sitting at about 270k on xbox.

Reus is clearly the star guy in the bundes league so far...but like Rusty, I can't wait to try Robben.

With the way dribbling/running is this year....I bet ronaldo is going to be absolutely insane :D

I'm getting very close. A weekend of playing with coins boosts active should see me home. Just have to work out if I'm going to invest the coins to roll them up or whether I should just get him.

I'm not in any great rush to hammer it tbh. FIFA 14 killed me enthusiasm a lot so enjoying playing other things.
 
Think i might sell all my BPL subs and make another team and just rotate them every game with opposite teams players on bench and reserves.

Also just read about the ELO ranking system which i never new about but it explains the last couple of years of FIFA in a nutshell for me.

have a read... going from the forums this has been in FIFA 14 and is currently in FIFA 15 too..

but it explains why every season i start at like W15-0-0 then come to pretty much evens, also explains why number of times ive lost 4 in div 6 and then ended up finishing 4-2-4 or something similar.

ELO system? The number of times I played people, even in the last couple of months of Fifa 14, who could barely operate a controller, would suggest not.

This is what I do - I tend to have a team for each league (which can be put together pretty cheaply!) and simply have the full 11 on each teams bench with a spare "utility" player sat there in case of injury!
 
I must be doing something fundamentally wrong with this game now. On FIFA 14 seasons mode I was straight up to div6, winning every title on the way on XBone and got up to div 3 on PS3. This time, on FIFA 15, I've made it to div 8, then lost about 10 games in a row and am now down in div 9 again.

I just can't tackle, the ball will just bounce off my players clumsy foot and into the path of another one of their players then they'll go ahead and tap it in. They have no trouble tackling me though, I just have to get within about 3ft of one of their players and they take the ball. Rage.
