FIFA 15

This was one of my most anticipated games this year. Really was looking forward to getting back involved on here and playing some games. It seems you can not score headers at all these days, 14 was overly effective but they can't nerf it so much that it's no longer a viable option when attacking. Also if a pacey player gets the ball 9/10 they will skin the slow as a fortnight defenders to get through on goal. It also feels like I score a wonder goal every match, it means nothing now. Goal keepers are absolute mappers, holding off the opposing striker waiting for my goal keeper to come and collect.....

Nope, decides to not bother moving at all. Free kicks are now easy, I was awful at them in every other fifa. I find a free kick around the 18 yard box arguably easier to score than the penalties in the game.

Don't think this Fifa will get as much use as 14 did, but it'll do. Saying that i think i prefer this 1 over 14.

My gripes at the moment are: Keepers giving peno's away, Neuer was the worst for it... defenders literally body slamming and suplexing my strikers and getting away with it...The broken ref decisions.

I bet De Gea will be getting a IF after yesterdays match, might look out for that and get rid of Courtois.
 
Just got in Div 5 and things just got serious.

Lost my first 3 games and i'm not going make any excuses i'm just being slaughtered!

Giving away far too many penalties, red cards left right and center and the game has been out 2 weeks and people have got million coin teams?

On another note im considering retiring Jovitec....who should i replace him with? Remy? Lukaku?
 
This is miles better than 14 but much harder so people are loosing more than there used to which automatically makes the game ****. It's far from perfect but again an improvement, the main gripes are keepers, kick off, penalties as soon as you press B/O in the box making it hard to make a challenge, and I still don't understand why you can't organise your players for the set pieces I. E why aren't my big CBs in the box? I thought they might have sorted this.
 
I've been enjoying my Bundesliga team but think I might try and improve my existing BPL squad:

I've also got Eriksen at LM, Lamela at RM and Shaw at LB but pulled Cazorla, Salah and Clichy in packs so wanted to give them a go!

I love Jovetic, Schneiderlin and especially Barkley but other than that the rest are a bit meh!

I've just managed to hit 100k coins so I'm assuming there is a fair bit I could do to improve whats here??

Cahill, Mangala at CB. Walker RB, Willian at RM, Remy as another striker.
 
I like it better than 14. 14 was god awful for me. I really despised it and the way people played it. The only thing which moderately bothers me SO FAR about 15 is the near post finesse. One guy had perfected it and the angle for it and scored 3 times with Jackson doing it. Called him a sad **** and moved onto the next game. :D

Yeah, I know the defence is a bit pants as it's pretty much random pulls from packs!

Heard good things about Aguero but no chance of affording him unless I get a lot better pack luck!

Sold the Pogs and Tevez etc. Ended up with this and a doubling of my coins on the players I sold. Higuain is good this year I think.

I'm still really enjoying it generally, still.

Has anyone else noticed that when this first came out....Every time you tugged on someones shirt when they were even remotely 1on1......It was a straight red, but now it's always a yellow? :D
 
Robben's price just won't budge from the 450k ish he is on the PS4. :(

For the most part last year he was 350k ish as an 88 rated RM so the fact he's been bumped to 90 rated means he will cost more but I dunno just feels a bit too high.

I'm happy to use Ramos as ST while I save up for Lewandowski but if I'm going to 433 I really need Robben and Reus to make it work.
 
game has loads of bugs....

just wondering how people when side by side seem to shield the ball away and you cannot tackle them or tug shirt (ive tried L2 to block tug but it don't seem to work very well)

When I run they always seem to steal the ball....
 
I have sealed promotion to Div 4 now and with one game left need a point to win the Div 5 title.

i am back up to 175k coins as well so i must get trading again as i have been very lazy at trading since the game actually released !

For all the talk of EA stopping auto buyers it's still next to impossible to get bargains on the auction house and without bargains the chance of trading successfully is slim. To really get anything out of it you have to pre-empt the market rising which is risky for obvious reasons. Or get luckly like I did with my Serie A players. I made a good amount of 'true' profit on those (i.e. profit which outstrips the rise of prices across the market in general).

Anything moderately under market rate gets instantly snapped up and I refuse to believe people are sitting there hammering search manually on players such as Guarin. I got a few David De Gea's for about 13k yesterday and sold them for 18k but as I was buying them they were literally vanishing in front of my eyes. Loads of people had the same idea :D.

You might find what I found, and that is that Ramos is just more dangerous than Lewandowski in a 433 set-up :( No-matter how hard I tried to make it work.
