How about shut down the web app, and it will minimize coin farmers/sellers greatly.
I disagree (with Rusty)
a. if they buy packs they get players (who they need to sell or get someone they want) - means more players on market - prices will decline
b. they probably buy less as prices are higher for packs
c. people buying coins inflate prices as they are just buying players therefore prices go up... (no new cards on market)
As mentioned before I don't like what EA do; but feel that players cheating the system to get cheap coins to buy whoever is something I also think is bad...
Shutting down webapp is a good idea that may help aswell....
Also maybe do away with market altogether - you can only buy packs - that way each team would be more unique![]()
I ain't seen these at all![]()
This happened loads yesterday but I had to record conceding to this.
a. not true and you cannot quantify - I sell all players I have had in packs...
b. if prices of buying packs is higher then people wont be able to afford / want to afford to buy them or buy as many
c. we cant quantify it - but when you look at this thread and the amount of millions of coins bought I think we can get a picture of it....
Again we both have opinions and nothing can be totally proved...
Bottom line for me is I don't like that people can cheat the game by buying cheap millions of coins to buy the best players instead of using the ingame currency (which again I dislike but EA wont stop it)

Rusty r economist?
It is sad / annoying how unattainable Messi / Ronaldo / Ibra and even Robben this year are to not even the average player but 99.9% of the player base - I mean, I have bought the equivalent of about £120 of packs and only have about 600k total. The fact that prices stay so high all year round certainly suggests a supply issue tbh.
In Fifa 12, Ronaldo came down to ~450k and Messi ~350k. I know because I had them both. Ibra and Ribery were around 60k. The good ol' days...![]()
