Second red was in the 2-2 game. Had to prevent Rickie Lambert from having a shot on goal in the 90th minute after he outpaced Boateng and Benatia

Cool. I won't use my 5 ATB team. It's not very nice to play against. Pige did ask for it though when he played 532 with CBs in midfield and Ibarbo and Lacazette up top .

Might try that in a few games online. Don't get to control the game like I normally do (apart from against you and a few others) but the defence was bloody good for the most and I had a good number of chances. Can see it really getting peoples rage on as well

I opened 2 x 100k packs and got Rooney , that was basically it.

Just did the same, first pack the best I got was John Terry.... again! Same happened yesterday - EA are trolling me!

do you enjoy playing against people using 5atb? I know I certainly don't...

I don't mind tbh, just means loads of possession. I just play defensive and pass it around to create chances rather than trying too hard and getting caught on the counter.

My son has started playing (so proud!) and looking for the best formation to consider and also good bargains - no pack buying (he's only 7) and will have to build up coins from playing.

Best countries/teams/regions to consider??

It's ridiculously OP, not just from a defensive side but attacking too.

Like chanjy says though it's easy to dominate if you're a good passer, two in midfield is very hard vs 4.

I use 4321 but kind of miss 5221.

Can build a reasonably cheap team from any league at the moment. Bidding on players tends to be cheaper than buy it now.

chanjy - but with 5 defenders and usually 2 dms the defence is like a wall to get past - your team eventually commits more players forward and then leaves holes at back... often games are very low scoring.... and relies on other team quick breaking u and some fast player on wing cutting inside to score...

I find it very tedious

I'm finding 4-3-2-1 is working quite well for me at the moment, with Hazard, Aguero, and Sanchez up top. Still trying to work out what my best midfield 3 is, but Ramires, Toure, and Matic is working well. I also have Fabregas, IF Oscar, and Di Maria to come in if needs be.

I fancy making a hybrid but not sure what to do.

Does it? And also more time consuming unless the auction is ending in like 30 seconds. I just find the lowest buy-it-now price and go for it.

I tend to watch a few auctions end to get a feel for what the prices are going for, then see if there's any BIN that is the same or less than that, if there isn't I'll just bid on them. Just going for the lowest BIN seems like a good way of missing out on deals.

No I don't but I don't play FIFA to cause other people enjoyment. The way I play tends to wind people up anyway so their heads go whether I'm 4 or 5 at the back.

I just like the solidity of 5 at the back and drawing people on and then releasing the counter. With Robben and Neymar there ain't no catching them. I have 6 teams and only one is 5 at the back mind. It's just for something different.

Thanks - will have a gander - going to play a few games for him and build up some coins (hopefully the decent player from FIFA 12/13 times is still within)
