This is what I always found. It could potentially be a brilliant game mode, if it wasn't for the community. I however play normally and usually sit in midfield and actually play for the team, normally getting the highest rating, too
Oh **** right off. 7 more defeats in a row, no goals scored and 51 conceded. Now in division 7. That's about 35 defeats without a single point

Depends. There's a lot of Saudi's on PS4 who lag and play the game like ***** which makes it difficult to defend as you never know which way their off balance 270 degrees pass is going to go
.I can't remember the last game where I thought fair play genuinely outplayed and I don't think that would be any different on the nerd box.

My up turn in form and rise to division 2 came from using my budget La Liga team. Since buying Robben and reverting back to my Bundesliga team I've been abysmal and appear to be on my way back down to division 10 again. Should've gone with Bale

How in the hell do you concede 51 goals in 7 games?
What formation are you playing with? Can you stream a game or two to Twitch so we can watch the replay back? I'd love to see you playing to see what's going wrong.
Also, are you on Xbox on PS?
My best ever team in terms of win % was a budget Serie A team in FIFA 13. I'd say I lost about 1 in 10 with it.

I just like using the best players and couldn't really care less win or lose unless I'm being fed the schlong by the game.

That's more for comedy value when I get annoyed but you, chanjy and russinating try and play football and I can hold my own to a point so you've never properly battered me. The pace abusers just rack up goal after goal and a good 40% of those goals are from losing the ball directly from my own kick off
If you just used Robben and ran in a straight line at my goal you'd get double figures in a half easily.

You need to drop back a player to midfield, pressure with an AI player and just track their striker with your player until the moment is right to get the tackle in. I'm sure they patched something a few months back, because since then I've only conceeded maybe once from a kick off.

Meh, sometimes I get winning teams but play crap football so sell up. Had a IF Aubameyang, Reus, Robben team that made me feel dirty for example
Winning isn't everything!Normal online seasons is so easy... Feels refreshing to actually play a game where the team plays properly.
Tried drop-in pro clubs but that is every man for them selves, which defeats the point and makes the games boring.
Tried offline FUT. Boring! Won something like 34-0. Noticed it adds to your win/lose. Guess that explains some peoples win/loss ratio on here
Drop in pro clubs has always been terrible, it's just for people looking to get their player rating up. If you want to have fun competitively then you need to find a decent club. Check out the fvpa forums plenty of clubs looking for players.
Haven't played a single offline game, it's infuriating to be honest, the easier difficulties are just dumb and boring and the hardest difficulties are just frustrating and boring, the AI just spins round in circles waiting for the perfect pass which can't be intercepted.
Not played FIFA in about a week, just not had it in me, since having Ronaldo and other superstars its just gotten worse, i remember the game i played was normal Online Seasons i played with Chelsea and it felt 1000x better... usual scenario really I just enjoy opening packs and getting and building an amazing team more than the FUT gameplay

My 4321 BPL team with Hazard, Aguero and Sanchez is pretty good I find.

Funnily enough, my up turn in form came from ditching my BPL & bundes teams and going for a La Liga team when I pulled Bale out of a pack. The only players worth anything are basically Bale, Neymar & Ramos, the rest are dirty cheap (Bravo, Alba, Pepe, Alves, Iniesta, Busquets, Rodriguez/Modric, Gio Dos Santos). Comfortably maintaining Div 1 now compared to floundering in Div 3 & 4 before. I hate the pace abuse though (ridiculous I know having Bale in my team), I always prefer lots of passing and a slow build up and this Spanish team is perfect for it, even Bale very rarely gets to stretch his legs.
I'm also playing a 4-3-2-1 with Busquets in the middle set to never attack, best formation by a mile in this years FUT I would say.

Yeah, flicking between my La Liga and Bundesliga teams the pace and movement of the La Liga team is miles ahead of the Bundesliga team. Just prefer the players in my Bundesliga team
Having said that, I realised I had manual passing turned on this morning so that could go some way in explaining why I've not been able to pass let alone score.
