3-2 down with 2 men sent off. Bring on Milner and Lambert for Rooney and Sturridge in a 4-4-0 formation. Get a goal with Milner who is more prolific than Sturridge apparently. Go into ET, get another player sent off yet win 5-4 with Baines getting the winner in the 120th minute. Don't get this game sometimes.

Not sure if it's just me but the past couple of weeks I've had a lot of problems with my players not locking onto the ball. They'll run around it in a circle until the opposition just comes up and takes it away... Oh that, and despite turning player switching completely off it still appears to auto switch at random for me regardless.

what's your go to formation when things just aren't working...

was using 433 (4) happily in DIV 2... but it all started to go wrong and I lost 4 on the run :-(

I have chopped and changed formation 41212, 4222 but no joy.. I win 2 and lose 3! went beck to 433 (4) and I am scoring more but letting more in...

lost a game yesterday when I was 2-0 up in 30mins..

I could never get on with any variation of 433, I find the gaps between midfield and striker/wingers too large.

I've recently been using 4321 to pretty decent effect.

True, but I find that because I suck on the wing having slightly narrower forwards is more helpful for me.

The thing I hate about 4-3-3 formations is how easy it is to be outnumbered in midfield. I usually play 4-2-3-1 and I miss the two CDMs whenever I use anything else.

Guys is anyone on the xbox one actually able to play, I have not finished a game in the last 5 matches, 3 DNF's against me and then two games with no result at all after they crashed, constantly getting "there was a problem communicating with the Fifa Ultimate Team servers and" and heavy load errors, past 2-3 days its been terrible.

I got to play in the loosest sense; I got to watch some absolute moron spam lofted balls all game with awful silver players and get given a win for being simply awful at the game.

I am going to have a re-jig, I'm trying Shevchenko at the moment but he is utterly, utterly awful.

edit: I just have the wingers cutting inside and getting behind, two box-to-box / quick midfielders, a CAM that's like an all-round striker so Tevez, Suarez etc. then a nice quick striker up top.
