Some of the better players are actually better and more fun to use :confused:

it's okay I understand you don't have the time, money or effort to have tried these players in FUT

FYI I have never collected players on FUT, it was often a case of selling an expensive team and replacing it with another, no collecting involved at all

Maybe stick to the normal modes if all you want to use is bog standard cheap players and complain about lag

Fair enough that's your opinion, doesn't mean others look at it the same way..

I don't mind it being "centered" around cheap players, it's what I did last year and for the most this year as well

I don't mind some players being expensive but it should still be reasonable.

There's plenty of people look at it the same way otherwise there wouldn't have been that much fuss over the changes they've made.

The mode isn't centred around the cheap players at the moment, there's still far too many coins in the game and people holding onto those players for it to be, but it's heading that way.

Hopefully though when it starts from fresh in 16 it's actually good.

Don't get me started on Panini stickers!! used to buy them as a kid and they'd ALWAYS go in wonky, like there was some kind of lag on my hands, spoke to my family about it, checked the kitchen table, all fine, even had a go at the newsagents who sold me them and they told me there was nothing at all wrong with the stickers and that I should check with my family again.

It just went on and on from there.

No, those who have quit have done so because they can't use those players... you know the ones they've put in the game to be used but now can't be found on the market.

At least half the fun of UT is in trading and putting together new teams, so of course people are quitting if that element is almost gone.

If all you really wanted to do was play a football game you could just play seasons, career, manager mode, etc. Clearly there is another reason so many people play UT and that is the trading element, which includes using decent players

Good points chanjy, if you want a football game the UT mode is probably the furthest away from that on FIFA as well.

I think for me I have as much fun building squads as I do using them. So the fact trading is rogered would leave me feeling very much like there's no point playing anymore....

BUT

I have like every good NIF player going in my club so I don't care

The whole of Ultimate Team needs a massive shake up.

1) Chemistry needs to be removed, the irony is that it actually restricts you from building the "Ultimate Team".

2) Packs need to be far better, how they go about this I'm not sure perhaps reduce the amount of players in UT. Close the gap on the stats of certain players? I'm not totally sure on the packs situation as not every pack can contain super stars.

3) Match making, I feel it's flawed that you can't choose to play only people from your region. Playing the game with lag is a pain in the *** and quieting affects your DNF (Obviously) so you play a game that takes forever.

4) Give me more coins for winning matches, sometimes it can feel like a choir to grind matches to get the players you want.

5) Pace is almost everything in this game, lets change that so other styles can cause damage. I remember Happy on here from FIFA 13/14 that would pass people into submission.

Just my opinion though guys. I really want to like FIFA UT again

FUTs always been about pace IMO. You can pass people to death in this one as well if you're patient but it isn't half boring

Card weight for top players has been coming down for years, needs a big correction the other way imo.

As for not quitting to 'protect' you DNF rating - have you not noticed it's completely broken this year?

I have never quit a game in my life and my DNF modifier was down at 0.29 yesterday. Stupid disconnections at the end of a game. They drive me mad.
