FIFA 15

Yeah I'm eyeing up some cheap IFs currently, found Tello and Piatti so far. Ironically I've used both of them in the past :p

Rakitic SIF looks decent as well. Along with Otamendi at CB, funnily they're all La Liga or Spanish so could make a few upgrades to my La Liga team ;)

Horrible? No?

I like it !

I had a pretty similar team at one stage except i had 95 messi and standard bale.

SIF De Gea was superb for me , still my fav keeper that i have had.

Let us know how it plays!

I almost don't bother playing anyone with any upgraded version of Ronaldo/Messi/Neymar. Any minor mistake and they are through or often just take the P and waltz through everything.

Still haven't got that squad yet. TOTY are nowhere near their min price yet :( literally takes every coin i have once they are down to min....

Give it a few more weeks and you'll have cash left over :p

My SIF Rooney is proving impossible to shift... over 2 weeks I've been trying now!

I really seem to have lost all form at this game.

I was always pretty much a div 1 , sometimes a quick bounce into 2 then back into 1 player.

After dropping to 5 in consecutive seasons i got back to 3 and now i am in my third season in 3.

I have changed my team as i posted earlier and i am usually having the better stats, more shots , more possession etc.. but i just am not killing teams off and get caught on the counter far to often.

I "think" i'm still playing the same way i usually do , dropping deep and blocking of the runs etc but i just really am in bad form results wise.

It is getting a bit frustrating now and i even found myself shouting at the TV in my last match as i was dominating a guy then his striker runs in and tries to shoot but kicks my defender and the ref gives him the penalty ( you experienced lads will have seen this a few times ) . I lose 1-0 and miss promotion to div 2.
I had 28 shots , 24 on target , he had 3 shots..2 on target and wins 1-0.

IF Ribery is completely anonymous and Reus is much better, i think i actually play better with Robben than i do with TOTY Robben.

I really do feel like i am stuck in a rut.

Beginning to regret selling my 95 messi as he could score something out of nothing so often , SIF Aubameyang and TOTY Robben just are not scoring enough.

Would just like to get the opinion of you gents. What's the general consensus of the min max price ban?

I hate it with a passion , i like to trade and now it is pretty much impossible to trade in any volume , especially with needing to use the console itself to list and re-list.

I won't go into the rights and wrongs on coin buyers etc as i don't care what people do ( I'm not a coin buyer ) as people can pay to win anyway through fifa points.

EA are not about making the game as great and fair as possible , like any business it is about making max-profit and they want you buying packs , not coins.

I appreciate it is hard for them to reach that goals without doing something about coin farming and selling but my enjoyment from fifa is half what it was.

Dare i say it.... i have bought every fifa for years ( the 90's sometime ) and i am not in love with the game like i was now. Not saying i definitely won't buy fifa 16 but this is the first time ever i have actually questioned if i will or not.

From a coin-buyer's point of view, it's incredibly annoying because the best players now seem completely unachievable. When you could buy coins, you could, theoretically, have any player or any team you wanted and you knew how much it would cost you. Now you are forced to buy packs which, as we all know, are notoriously awful for actually giving you players worth selling. You could spend £50 and very realistically only get 200k worth of players.

See I'm of the same opinion as you. I can see why they've done it from a business viewpoint as it was getting ridiculous with the number of people buying millions of coins regularly and for very cheap (friends of mine had bought 2 mil coins for around a fiver!). But for me it's completely ruined the game, I refuse to buy packs (or coins for that matter) and so I'd have to play a silly number of games to get a very good team as trading is so much more difficult now.

A close friends has recently made the switch to PES and he loves it (even typing PES makes me a little sick). Is that really where we're going? The end of FIFA? And the reign of PES as number one football game?

I think someone posted a few days ago when they released those 100k packs that a single pack which for most people will give you nothing good was well over a tenner for ONE PACK ! I know people pay it and are willing to pay it etc but in reality it is utter madness.

I spent a fair bit to me anyway ( was over £100 ) on packs this year , i was lucky enough to get a messi in the first week the game was released and it set me off in a great position but for every one person who gets a messi there is hundred of thousands of packs with rubbish.

I kinda wish i had bought coins now haha

What if EA were to sell coins instead of packs and artificially fed the player market? Any reason why this wouldn't work? It would mean that they would make money and we could get a guaranteed amount of coins :D Win win?

I really do have a moral issue with buying packs as I don't like the 'pay2win' mentality but I can see why people do it. And I know plenty of people who have spent silly money on packs one year only to buy next years FIFA and do it all over again. Do you think the suggestion in my previous post would work (EA selling coins instead of packs)?
