Not sure if you know but play TOTW with the team you built in the SBC. Start the game kick it around the go to settings and test connection. Go back into the game and it's kicked you out. Log back in and it's classed as a match but does not affect your loss record.

Best way to do it. Takes about 15 mins :)

I got Ter Stegen in the rare gold pack from the second one, not groundbreaking but I had most of the players in my club anyway.

No problem, did all 3 the other week. Got nothing. Made my money back though so didn't cost nothing. You get some nice packs in return.

not won in 8 matches now this is a joke its like all of a sudden the players are moving in treacle and passing while wearing a horses blindfold button lag,amazing goalies you name it this afternoon has been beyond a joke
 
Just have a look on the fifa reddit, there’s loads of clips daily of some absolutely filthy gameplay and glitches.

Came so close to buying my team today but I just can’t do it, if I’m going to get bent over by the game I’m not getting bent over on current icon prices as well, no idea if they’ll drop though with the way the prime icon SBCs are in sets this year and all require an icon.

Happens to me at some point every weekend league.
 
I'm 10-6 Done for today. This weekend has been a a shambles. Not sure how I've managed to win 10. Will finish tomorrow.

Huge button delay, server stutter and general broken fifa stuff.

Games a POS.
 
Managed to win 11 games, 18 losses my first attempt at weekend league. So many close games decided by one goal though!
 
Starting to sound like a broken record. Games a disaster, I stopped playing 18 because of it and there's a chance I might with this. There's so much wrong with it, the amount of drivel that you see when playing a higher level is comical. From 9-2 to being a game away from gold 1.

EA must fix list:

Players position bug
Kick off goals/momentum
Near post corners
3 man free kick
Servers and input lag
First touches
Poor mechanics with the ball bobbling about and just coincidentally landing to there attacker
Passes and shots not going in the direction/place you put the ball (can be seen on trainer mode or replays.)

Originally I loved it, sure the latest patch has made most of the above more apparent it's still better than 18 but still a very unpolished game, anyway I'll stop moaning now.
 
My only real complaint with FIFA full stop is that the game is too biased towards counter attack.

Somebody’s lost :p I’m sure I’m the only one who likes this years Fifa.

Bugs/sprite issues with lag etc are always going to be in games. I had a keeper earlier who was past 45 degrees then suddenly defied gravity and dived the other way :p

The counter argument is it’s latency as that player isn’t actually there. Not saying I agree but that’s why it happens as an educated guess.

I think the problem has been made worse by the hyper competitiveness of weekend league and rivals. Before I even started this year I promised I’d concentrate on having fun with it and try to get better on it.

I’ve done the former the latter is up for debate :p

On a happy note did you buy Best in the end ?
 
Could really use fixing that free kick where there are 3 players over the ball, one runs over it towards the goal and they pass it to them and 9 out of 10 times its a goal. I cant seem to stop it. :mad:

Or I learn how to do it. :p
