I'm thinking I'll do the icon 3 SBC justincase, Vieri is nice but will go for Prime Vieri or Zola, only train of thought it what if they didn't do an overlap then did Icon SBC 4 around Christmas for very high end Icons but needs a prime icon as part of the SBC.. hmm
I've got two icons sitting in my club that I'm prepared to use for SBC fodder if we get a top level icon drop. I also have another that I'd be more than happy to lose and replace with a 'lesser' player that will either fetch around 1.5m if sold or drop straight into the SBC if needed.
I'm hoping Icon Set 4 is a big one!

Rest of the team is untradeables, got FUT champs Sterling etc on the bench too.
Awesome work! You used him yet? I had him cashed in on him and then bought him back hes that good! Best players I've used this year.
I really like him although I have him as an untradeable so don't feel any sense of value for coins. He's usually subbed on second half as a right-sided striker and obliterates defenders with low stamina, I've also found he seems to be able to score some strangely powerful near-post shot on his weak foot quite often.

it's pay to win though so yes they do it.
had a mate at work. bought the game even though i told him to get PES. he went onto FUT. said £50 to get him started. he got ruined by super teams and he got so mad he nearly smashed up his 75" tv which cost £4K. says because that has never happened to him ever with any other game he is refusing to play it online now.
i told him you should have taken my advice and bought PES and he's away to get it lol.

Pay 2 win up to a point, I played a several million pound team last night and he sucked ass, won 3 - 0. The guy had 2 icons and all the potm prem players, rest of the team IF's and ucl rtf players.
I agree, I've always harped on in previous FIFAs about it being the person playing rather than the players used but this year I think the strong players are that good its very hard to use the crap teams to steal wins anymore.
It's why I want Pogba and vdv so much

that is kind of obvious the players can only do so much for you. you still need to use them to their ability to get the best out of them.
but i wish i had 20 million coins would be a level playing field and i'd likely enjoy playing the game.
it's also the kind of game mode where you need to play it every week and do every SBC, ever objective, etc. and i hate that. they seem to be making it worse every year. i don't want to be forced to play it for 20 hours every week. i just want to play a match every couple of days and be on a level playing field. as much as i enjoy ultimate team as i am getting to choose the team it sucks they don't have different leagues based on team value
