Question on rivals. I hardly played this week due to Xbox deciding to pack in. If I finished rank 5 (div 5) will I get relegated? Or is it skill reting related

Hi guys I struggled abit with the suggested team you guys put together for me so sold acouple of players and have some places to fill,
I usually prefer to use 41212 narrow ingame,

It's the first weekend where I have enough free time to redeem my WL points...should I...will my kids be at risk? I haven't done proper WL since FIFA 17! Managed about 2 WL in 18.
