Okay so teach me @RobboStopped at silver 1 before I lose the will to live.
Lib/sud grind going well, about to finish Moments Hazard and I've packed 3x TOTS from the packs (best was Simon). So currently 550k in profit and have almost got 1.5m coin Hazard
Nep has some videos on it, but basically the entire league will end up costing you nothing and/or making you a profit. Just keep doing them over and over. When you get the 6 88's, use them for something, and go again!
A good chunk of the silvers you get will cover the cost of buying the players for the SBC's themselves, so you're basically just getting free 88 cards all the time, and now and again you'll pull a high rated player out of the better packs.
Obviously Hazard has 89 rated squads, so you'll need to maybe buy a player or two - or for example get the TOTS Icardi from the SBC and use him towards it.
I've spent quite a lot of time on it but it's actually more fun than playing matches, how stupid is that

Worked out yesterday I've got 6 x 89, 26 x 88 and 16 x 87 rated cards waiting to chuck in an SBC. Was hoping for a Mane or Henderson POTY SBC but that's long gone and time's running out

No. Got all 6 from those League SBCs but also all of the other League SBCs as well as the milestone players, Fut Birthday players etc. If a player's not been too difficult to get over time I've usually done them all but as I'm running a Liverpool team there hasn't been much for me to put them in.
Hoping for a guaranteed TOTS SBC to chuck them in this week for Gomez and next for any Liverpool player.
Damn. Considering this is my team at the minute....
I guess I should do him but I am patiently waiting for EOEA Silva and then trying to shoehorn him into my team. Going for Goretzka does mean I won't go Lampard though and instead could go Overmars.
Same, was maybe thinking I could get him and Boateng, both no expiry... Vidal is good though.
Reflecting on Goretzka, going to keep my stash of high rated cards for another day. I think I am going to pick up TOTSSF Brandt. Looks pretty similar minus the defending really. I can always throw a chem style to boost that a little. I rely on Ramsey and my CDM to most of the work anyway hah.
Anyone used the new TOTSSF Godin, looks a beast and I can slot him next to Alex Sandro. I currently use Koeman there. With either Akanji/Zakaria the other side.
On that note though, maybe I use my tokens for Maldini 92 at 13 tokens.

I'm getting hammered game after game. Not by 1 goal, by 5 and 6 and I'm barely touching the ball. How is this possible at a minus ELO? These people are way way above my level.

Haha, I'm the same. I'm just crap really and can't be arsed adjusting to what you 'need' to be doing to compete. I really want to sack off FUT next year, just play generic online club games, the standard seems my cup of tea and less stressful. I don't have enough time for WL at the best of times and it's not like they're going to make significant changes to make it more playable.

You're far from crap and you would easily finish Gold 1 if you could be bothered but you play the bare minimum before moving on to other games.
As for the game, I'd have no problem if it was balanced tbh. It wasn't half as bad at the start of the year but they nerfed long shots and improved AI defending to make the drop back brigade happy. People will obviously find every exploit and abuse it as much as they can but every style of football should have a counter style but EA are intent in pandering to the masses.
