Well I've had a bit of a nightmare today. My Origin account (I play FIFA on PC) has been suspended and its because a payment for some FIFA points.
A couple days ago I purchased FIFA points via 4 separate transactions using PayPal, all of them went through fine and I spent them all on packs. Turns out on the 4th PayPal transaction I mistakingly chose to pay via my credit card linked on the account rather than my debit card and my credit card company automatically applied for a refund from Origin which was successful. This is presumably why they've banned me as in their eyes I've received and spent 7200 worth of FIFA points which they haven't been paid for.
What a mess, im not really sure what to do, I've emailed them offering to pay again for the FIFA points but I have a feeling this is going to be a massive pain in the arse. I'll be especially annoyed if they say the ban is permanent but also refuse to refund me for the other 3 payments which all went through fine.
