He didn't move his arm towards the ball and it was entirely accidental. Isn't that pretty much the definition of not a handball in the rules.

He kept his arm there to control it, could easily have moved it away but then the ball would have gone to a Swedish player.

What was the SK player doing. He had the goal open there and takes another touch into a german player. Idiot.

If Germany win by 1 goal and Mexico get one back won't that put all 3 on 6 points with +1 GD and Germany are bottom of the fair play stats.
