FIFA World Cup 2018 - GROUP F [Germany, Mexico, Sweden, Korea Republic - 17/18/23/27 June] **spoiler

I've said before there needs to be a system where teams can demand decisions be properly reviewed, if the officials can pick and choose it's open to injustices.

FIFA still pursuing what can only be a deliberately poor implementation of video reviews, presumably to dampen public support and get it rid of it again.

Give each team 3 challenges. Every time the challenge was in error, they lose it. If they were right, they retain the 3. Or 2 or 1, could be trialled to suit but 3 seems reasonable to me.

Yep can be the only reason.

Tennis style challenges of decision need to come in.

Just lke the Mitrovic one from yesterday, just ridiculous.

I’d like to see it a bit like in tennis - each captain has three challenges that they can use throughout the game. Probably not the tennis rule whereby if you’re wrong you lose a challenge though.

*Edit* Haha, beaten like a ginger stepchild.

He gets the ball. Not so clear cut, imo. Don't think anyone could argue if it was given though.

Germany look much more convincing this game.

Before or after he's completely scuppered any possibility of a reasonable shot?

Penalty any day of the week.

I don't get why referees are unwilling to check replays when they are available. Why do they want to make a mistake.

You don't get this attitude in Rugby.
