FIFA World Cup 2018 - GROUP G [Belgium, Panama, Tunisia, England - 18/23/24/28 June] **spoilers**

Would rather have Rashford starting over Sterling, but don’t know why people are losing their minds over it.

Rashford coming on for 30 minutes at the end against tired legs, if necessary, could be lethal.

Sterling... wow, just wow. How bad of a game does someone need to have to get dropped?

Will probably score a tap in like he does for City 95% of the time and Southgate will wax lyrical about how his decision is vindicated. **** off.

Not a huge sterling fan being a Liverpool supporter but then that's just sour grapes. However he seems to get criticised a hell of a lot and most of it is unjust. Has had a cracking season and deserves his chance.

While Sterling was bad in the last game some of you are taking the **** with making out he isn’t a really good player.

Probably deserves dropped mind but it was only one game, which managers rarely drop someone over, especially a non defender

Crazy isn't it. You can't even rely on him to have the confidence to finish those tap-ins most of the time.

If the kid could finish he'd be one of the top five players in the world...

Can't believe Stirling is starting, hope the usual management favouritism isn't starting to creep in again, something that has held us back for years.

All that aside 5:0

Looks like it is. I can't fathom the decision. He simply doesn't turn up when in an England shirt.

Alternatively, it's a chance for him to play himself into form, in a game we should win regardless. If he plays badly that's his world cup over, but if he plays well and gets a goal one of our most talented players is suddenly firing.
