A fine sentiment, but for many the dark side of Scottishness comes to the fore on occasions like this.
The inability or unwillingness to be munificent and congratulate our nearest neighbour in their sporting endeavours,
even by our lickspittle nationalist politicians is sad as it is unforgiveable.
As in the great tradition of De Valera expressing his condolences on Hitler's death I daresay Nicola Sturgeon is
writing a letter of sympathy to King Gustaf of Sweden.

Which one? Both excellent. Its of course unpopular to praise Henderson who yet again ran the show
Should be, as far as World Cups go this is a pretty easy path to the final. Once there then anything can happen.
Bet the Scottish are absolutely hating this LOLSweet sweet tears.

How can anyone hate this team? They have humility and skill. A far cry from the usual egotistical, useless plebs that have been fielded for the last 20 years.
Like a lot of people, I've warmed to them over the course of the tournament. Same goes for most of the other Scots I know.
