ITV’s 720p stream has a bitrate that can be measured on one hand.

A terrible game of footy won by the best of two not great teams. Qatar could be on the wrong end of a right spanking in the next couple of games, the Dutch under 16’s going easy on them could make double figures!
Imagine if they won it due to crazy var decisions though
