Its in the second phase. A player who had his leg sticking out, went on to touch the ball in a second phase (the guy who did the overhead).
Like I said, impossible to spot. Only a computer could keep track of players like that, especially when marginal.

I havent slowed it down to watch it but i'm guessing its the same as that Kane goal that was ruled out against Chelsea.

On paper Ecuador are 44th to Qatar's 50th in the FIFA rankings. With home pride and all that fans have every right to have expected better.

Qatar have got a good mixture of players who look like they've played football before and those that haven't. Their left back clearly hasn't even watched football before.
I think that that more shows that the FIFA rankings are silly - nations in regions with weak competition will always end up with a higher ranking than they should have
