It comes off the keeper or the Qatar player though
I'd like to see that again. The keeper is able to play the ball with any part of their body.
Also being offside and then becoming onside due to retreating Qatar players, before touching the ball...

I just looked at the rankings expecting them to be in the hundreds but they're 52nd. What shocked more me was Ghana are the lowest ranked team and Iran number 21.

It's a ridiculous technical offside. If you saw it again I bet you wouldn't spot it even if you saw it several times.
It requires understanding that a player who was only just in an offside position later went to interfere with play in a second phase (by which point everyone was onside). Only a computer could point it out imo.
