Only reason I ask is the 290x was not, and it was a waste of a fantastic card because of this

The 290X was amazing I held every WR with mine from single to four way. I had 6 all good.

I tested two cards thats all one is set up on Ln2 and this one.

0.95v Rail mod unlocked the beast. Set this rail at around 1.25v boom!! The rag is on!!!

Is my CPU holding my score back here? The GPU didnt boost above 1518mhz according to GPUz and utilisation didnt go above 90%.

It was the best 290x card by a mile but you couldn't expect miracles from just buying one at random. I had mine at 1.48v on air - cooler was insane.
