The USB and Hd audio(leave the AC97part dangling) goes along the bottom of the board. This is in the manual

That is for when you have three graphic cards and the motherboard needs more power to run them. All fans plug directly into the PSU cables!!!! Except the Gelid cooler which does go directly into the board.
