First full price PC game you purchased?

FIFA Road to World Cup 1998. Released Sept 1997. Price of £29.97. From Toys R Us. I am very surprised I can even remember all that. For the PC as well.

Can't remember exactly, but it was either C&C:Red Alert, GTA, Quake 3 or Half Life. Back when PC games all came in explicably gigantic boxes for some reason.

Pretty sure mine was Half-Life Generation (the big black box) that came with Half-Life, Opposing Force and Counter-Strike.

Think it was UFO: Enemy Unknown.

It gets a bit hazy since I had a bunch of games from around that time for the Amiga that I got again for PC when I got it. Considering how bad I suck at the remake I have no idea how 10 year old me finished that game.

Championship manager 2 - the whole reason I bought a PC. Played the original on the Amiga and was instantly addicted. I was 18 when CM2 came out and had been at work for about 6 months. Managed to save a few quid and went into Dixons on the day the game came out and bought a Packard bell PC and CM2.

Hard to remember, probably Another World or Prince of Persia (although I think that might have come with the pc)
