FIRST Picture of GF100 @ CES 2010

Can't remember the name but it was posted in another Fermi thread (the one where the 'SLI' setup was first posted). The connections go to the top instead of the back as on most PCs. It's also expensive. Very expensive. 2K style expensive if my memory serves me well

The system is called Maingear Shift. You can't buy the case on it's own though.

The internals are the same as the Silverstone Raven. Exterior is different though.

I'm still puzzled why they had to remove the 2nd card out of this system for the CES show, they're obviously still having issues with the cards in SLi.

Also, they didn't even give us any performance figures, if these cards were as good as nV are claiming they are, then wouldn't they want to be telling everyone about it, and showing us graphs comparing them to ATi's current lineup??

I'm seriously starting to think these cards are going to be pants like the Geforce FX's were, however, we will see soon enough I guess...

I just hope they don't get delayed anymore, it really doesn't seem to be looking good for nV at all.

Will the Silverstone Raven be Fermi certified then ?

Don't see why not if the Maingear Shift chassis is. Why you would want Fermi SLI though I don't know. :D

I'm guessing will be down to driver or heat issues.

If they were fully working now, no doubt the Nvidia Marketing machine would be pumping out all sorts.

.

Trust me, I don't want anything SLI, I was just worried the case might need to be asbestos lined and fire retardant to get the SLI cert :D

OMG Teh Epicness!

Unfortunatly the faulty unit you sent to us is beyond repair, and we are currently unable to replace your card for the time being.

However, we have arranged to have one of the latest as-of-yet unreleased cars to be sent out to you as soon as we receive stock of the item.

We are aware of the fact you will be without a graphics card for the time being and have arranged for you to be shipped one of our low end cards, free of charge as you mentioned your motherboard does not support onboard graphics.

We hope the above solution is satisfactory to your needs, if you have any further problems, don't hesitate to contact me
