Everytime I hear one, they stop for about 5 seconds and then go. No idea how anyone is supposed to get up and outside to them before they've left

recent vid i saw on ytube, finding the cheapest 99 in liverpool? i think, was mostly
£2.50 to £3.0 only one van was doing £2.0

i wasnt looking for that, ytube gave it to me i dunno why. they were all good sized mr whippys.
